Lesley is the president and principal consultant of ONYVA Consulting. She has 20+ years of experience leading change in organizations, including 8 years with PwC Canada and 12 years with IBM Global Business Services. At PwC, Lesley led the federal government People & Organization practice. She has worked with clients across Canada, primarily within the federal government, to define solutions that successfully address the people side of business transformations.
Lesley has excellent teambuilding and leadership skills and is recognized for her facilitation expertise. She holds a Journalism degree from Carleton University, is a certified Scrum Master and Prosci certified change management consultant and has successfully completed the introduction to GBA+ certification. Lesley is comfortable working with diverse teams in a bilingual environment.
